Terms and Conditions

Sponsorship

To be eligible for sponsorship by the Learning and Skills Council the following must apply:

• be aged between 16 and 24
• be in either paid or voluntary employment for 16 hours or more per week
• have been a UK resident for 3 or more years and hold a valid National Insurance Number
• have not already achieved a higher education degree
• not currently accessing sponsorship for a similar qualification
• (each case will be assessed individually before a final decision is made)

Other funding may be obtained for individuals aged over 25 and each case will be assessed individually against the criteria.


Payment terms
Full amount to be paid 3 weeks prior to the course start date and is subject to VAT. Cancellation without notice will incur a £65 admin charge. Replacement delegates can attend in place of the original delegate without charge

• standard payment terms for all other programmes are 30 days, with 50% of total to be paid at start and 50% on completion
• All other activities are subject to VAT
