Positive Outcomes was formed in 1996 by David Clarke and George Bowers to address the training needs in the commercial environment using quality-driven work based learning. Since then the company has grown steadily and now delivers quality development solutions across a wide range of occupational fields.

We can provide all this for you because our training consultants have extensive commercial backgrounds; they understand business and are able to offer real solutions that are relevant and based on experience, not just theory. They are committed to working alongside you to ensure your employees achieve the level of skills they need to succeed in their jobs.

At Positive Outcomes we don't do sterile or 'off the shelf' package training. Our courses are designed to be informal, interactive and relevant to your needs. Importantly we build in post-course activities that test the learning impact on your business.
